The original Logan suburbs around the Logan Central civic precinct and the Pacific Motorway — brick-veneer homes from the 1970s–90s with standard aluminium-framed windows, a lot of them now on their second or third set of curtains.

This is the fastest-growing part of our whole Logan catchment — the Flagstone and Yarrabilba growth front is turning what used to be rural blocks into new double-glazed estate housing at a rapid clip, with Jimboomba and Logan Village holding onto more of the older acreage character further out. New builds here are almost always a full-home fit-out rather than a single-room job, and blockout for west-facing upper-storey bedrooms comes up constantly.
