West End’s newer apartment stock brings its own set of questions — floor-to-ceiling glass, sliding stacker doors, and body corporate rules that can restrict what’s visible from the street. We can talk through what a building’s rules allow before you order, and S-fold curtains or a sliding door blind are the usual answer for a wide stacker door onto a balcony.

Not for us. It’s the norm in West End’s older housing stock, which is exactly why we measure every window on-site rather than working from a floor plan.
