I reached out to Atlas based on all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately my experience does not totally align with other reviews. Yes Amir was responsive and friendly on first contact and rescheduled an appointment for a measure and quote at my request. But then a “no show” and no communication about this on the day or the next day until I sent a message expressing my disappointment. I got a “sorry”. I understand that unexpected things happen but to not proactively attempt contact to advise or follow up the next day is quite poor so I decided not to attempt to reschedule with Atlas. Based on the other reviews my experience seems to be unique, but I can only rate and review based on my personal experience.
