Darra isn’t a service area we drive out to — it’s where Atlas Blind & Curtain actually is. Our workshop and showroom sit at 4/30 Kelliher Rd, a short walk from Darra train station on the Ipswich and Springfield lines. If you’re a neighbour, there’s a good chance we’ve walked or driven past your street on the way to a job.

Darra is a mixed suburb: older residential streets alongside light industrial land, with a growing number of Vietnamese grocers and restaurants along the main strip that reflect the area’s long-standing multicultural community. Housing ranges from older post-war homes to newer townhouses closer to the station.

We supply and install custom curtains and roller blinds — that’s the whole of what we do. You’re welcome to visit 4/30 Kelliher Rd during opening hours to see fabric samples, but we still need to measure your actual windows on-site before quoting — window openings vary even on the same street.

Does being local mean a faster turnaround?

Often, yes — Darra bookings don’t compete with travel time the way our further-out jobs do, so we can usually be flexible on timing.

What are your showroom hours?

Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm. Call ahead if you’d like to make sure someone’s free to talk through fabric options in person.
